Okay so um yeah I haven't updated any of my published/drafted books on this account because I've been so annoyed with His Afrodite that I literally planned to dropped the book altogether.

My writing style has completely changed since 2018 and I understand where I was going with the story but where I left off was a little awkward. Plus, to tell all of you the honest truth, His Afrodite was originally NOT meant to be a BWWM. Dallas was meant to be hispanic.

But since I saw that the BWWM hashtag was so popular and got a lot of views, I decided to rearrange my story and add the hashtag so that my book would get more views. Seeing as how many readers I have on His Afrodite, I wouldn't say I was entirely wrong.

I apologize in advance for literally saying nothing for a year. I've started college and have moved on from the highschool dream. I find myself more interested in coming-of-age or young adult stories about characters that have matured.

Jasmine Walker was meant to be written as an immature character with a simple look at life. Through her romance with Dallas, she was meant to learn a lot of life lessons and overall mature as a person. That was what the whole Avery and Homecoming thing was about.

Anyways, I don't know if I'll be dealing with His Afrodite soon. Maybe if I muster up the strength to. But yeah, sorry to everyone for making you wait in haste all this time.

@Retromelo I would say that college is NOT the big bad shark your highschool teachers always said it was. Everyone who've experienced college knows that college courses are way easier than Highschool courses. College gives you a certain freedom that Highschool doesn't. But that freedom is also tricky because since it's not even a requirement to show up to any of your classes or do any of the work, it's literally just your ambition getting you through the year lol.

A few tips though: Download an app called RateMyProfessor. It's an app that allows you to see reviews about your upcoming professor and if they're your type of teacher or not. It's helped me see which teacher of mine is going to be strict, unlikable, unsatisfactory teacher, or an actual good one. That gives you the benefit to actually change teachers if you want.

Also, don't think the friends you meet in freshman year are going to stay your friends the entire Bachelor's 4 years. You're probably going meet some good friends at first and it usually ends sour. Sometimes because of boyfriends, beef, or other stuff.

Stay focused on school bc boys can be a BIG distraction. I've seen girls get pregnant and withdraw from school. Or some girls just like,, follow some boy through his dream of being a rapper or something and abandon their schoolwork.

Anyways this was basically a novel. But it's all the stuff I would say to my Freshman self!
