officially calling a temporary hold to 'a new journey' until I finish all my upcoming contests:) balancing sports, journalism, and academics are taking a major toll on me, sigh.

so preoccupied with sports, journalism and club activitiesTT no update detected in the near future. sorry folks, I'll still try my best to find some leeway for this story

exams are coming up, i'm afraid i'll have to postpone updates again

greetings, i have not disappeared, much to my surprise. i've actually finished writing the entire alabasta arc in my notebook, now i just need to put it here lol.

regarding a new update for 'a new journey', i think it will take another week or two. i've been stuck on what to do for the next chaptersTT also have a lot of work in progress(es)
          
          I keep on re-reading past chapters and I cringe so hard because of how bad the pacing is but I just have to keep going I guess. i've been focusing on my other hobbies for a while now, so I need to find the time to write again.

          as mentioned on the previous message below this,  chapters will be shorter now in order for me to update more frequently(i hope). the next chapter should be out pretty soon.

          :chapters would be much shorter from now on so I can update more frequently. chapters used to be about 2000-3500 words, now i'm leaning more to 1500-2000 words
          
          :next update will most likely be on the first week of july 
          
          :yes, i apologize, that's such a long time to wait. i have two contests coming up this month, four research papers and my final exams so, yeah
