okay so ive been messaged multiple different times by multiple different people and they've all asked 1 of 2 things. 
          
          1) why haven't you spoken out about black lives matter?
          
          2) are you gonna update your book?
          
          i have chosen not to speak out about black lives matter on here because not only is wattpad one of my smallest social media platforms but to be quite frank i didn't think any of you would listen. this app is kinda dying out and i didn't want to put my energy towards the black lives matter movement on here not knowing if any of you would even care. i also come on here to escape reality sometimes. i am a black bisexual female and i have to look at my people being constantly targeted by the system everyday. this app is a safe space for me and i dont want to be made to feel like im not doing enough from people who i dont even know. i have taken my activism on my other social medias, signed petitions, donated, called out racist people, educated my friends, etc. if you want to see that then feel free to message me and ill give you my info.
          
          i dont think that there will be an update to the book anytime soon. ive had another book in the works for a while but i want to finish the whole book before i release any chapters. prettymuch is getting boring and ive found more interest in genres other than fanfiction. so maybe ill update later on but as of right now it's not happening.
