Having submitted to many magazines myself, I think I have an idea that could be fresh and unique. The magazine will focus on poetry, art, and prose, with a dedicated YouTube channel where we’ll read stories and highlight authors.
For the new year, I want to build a writing community with trustworthy people who also love literature and the creative process. Wattpad is getting rid of inactive accounts in a few months.. my follower count is cooked
@_maurii_ What Wattpad is doing is completely inconsiderate to writers. Writers can't always finish their stories due to reasons, especially those beyond their control and by removing inactive accounts, it would take away all the hard work writers have put into their stories.
@_maurii_ if they keep enacting these arbitrary rules, they are going to start losing members. I have a lot of books I love in my library and lists written by people no longer active on here that I would be very pissed over if they disappear because of this.
Right? It’s like it not even for users anymore. The community aspect is gone and it’s making it harder to find new ones

@enzorence thank you so much, it means a lot truly. If I do begin to write this story again, I want to write at least ten chapters and post them consistently so I don't leave everyone hanging.
@_maurii_ you're very welcome. believe me, i completely understand about what you are going through. i've been dealing with my own and one of the ways i've been using to help me is through reading. you take whatever time you need to help yourself. that is more important than anything else. when - and if - you are able to get back into posting that story again definitely takes second place to your own health. i wish you the very best of luck and my prayers go with you.
