Collage advice ;
1.) teachers are actually cool with panic attacks and anxiety. They go through hundreds of students having the same problems as you so don’t be afraid to ask for a breather. Trust me I’ve had 3 this week.
2.) mental health is deadly important. Make sure you take time to take care of yourself. Have some chamomile tea, put on a papaya face mask and relax!
3.) getting lost is fine! Rooms can be confusing especially on the first year. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
