@h_x_five  hii!  first thank you!! so, i edit my covers on my phone, i use the following apps: pinterest (pictures that i'll use), picsart (editing, what i most use for collages and create the cover itself, also adjust lightning that is the most important), polarr (filters), remini (increase quality also important), and phonto (titles and fonts). I hope that can help you!<3
