anyone else have advice on highschool and being lonely? Not like relationship wise, but I feel so detached from everything and the only thing holding me from not giving a shit is not getting yelled at from my dad. My only friends go to a total different school and that just adds to it

so me and this dude got into an argument about the lgbtq+ community. 
          
           So he decided to start bashing on it, saying how its trash and wrong.
          
           Also, like every. Other. Homophobe. Out. There. Says. that the "gays" shouldn't get a month, only a day and the veterans should get a month. Yes, I agree. Veterans should get a month, so should we. 
          
           They fought in wars (for our freedom to be freaking gay), and I am forever greatful, but that doesn't take away the fact that twenty to thirty brave, emporing people marched for gay rights pride. 
          
           On June 28th, 1970 they rallied. They rallied for the future generations to be open about our sexualities. 
          
           After that day, more people started to protest. More and more in different towns, cities and states. 
          
            We still do to this day, and unfortunately, we will for a long time, until the day that the mindless idiots like this dipshit understands we're just like them.
          
           Human. Made of skin and bones.

          side note; I like Ginny, she just got a bad rep in the movies. Ginny is actually a very strong, beautiful, independent badass, who doesn't put all of her worries on a man. She she carries herself extremely well. Not to mention she ended up being the captain of the quidditch team.
