My Dearest Readers,
I don’t even know where to begin… but I owe you all honesty.
Life has been unbearably cruel to me lately. There are storms you read about in books… and then there are storms that uproot your own world. I’ve been fighting battles I never saw coming, and because of that, I couldn’t write. Every time I tried, the words just wouldn’t stay — they felt too heavy, just like my heart.
And as if that wasn’t enough, my best friend — your author, @feistyfemme — is going through something even more heartbreaking. Her father is suffering from a serious illness. Watching someone you love in pain is a different kind of devastation. It has broken her in ways words cannot fully explain. She tries to stay strong, but I see how much it hurts her… how much it scares her.
We are both going through one of the hardest phases of our lives right now. Some days feel impossible. Some nights feel endless.
All we ask from you is your prayers, your wishes, your kindness. Please pray for her father. Please send strength, healing, and hope our way. We need it more than ever.
We promise we will return — stronger, braver, and full of stories again. But for now, we are just trying to survive this chapter of life.
