I’m so frustrated right now.
Some days, I wake up already tired. Tired from the slow erosion of spirit that comes from living among people who’ve grown allergic to reason. Conversations never touch the roots anymore. It’s all surface levelled. Rationality is seen as confrontation, and depth makes others uncomfortable. I’ve grown weary of trying to reach minds that don’t want to be met, only entertained or agreed with. Worse, it feels like humanity is rotten at the core, especially men. Power, physical or financial, is mistaken for intelligence, as if brute force or bank statements make a mind worthy. Vulnerability is ridiculed, nuance is drowned, and love has been gutted, repackaged in lust and status. I no longer believe in finding it purely, not when its a game rigged with manipulation, pride, and shallow conquest.
Do not mistake my statement for bitterness. It’s clarity. The kind that isolates me more the more I see. And Sometimes I just wish I was blind to those things.
Ugh. I have so much more to say. And hell i shouldn’t be sharing this but f* it.

@_xCiel Heureux de voir que nous avons les mêmes opinions, ainsi nous sommes certains de nous comprendre parfaitement. xD Et d'accord, je note ! C'est vrai qu'en cessant de pratiquer l'usage d'une langue, on oublie une partie de notre vocabulaire/synonymes, et certaines façons de dire les choses ne nous viennent plus aussi naturellement. (Frustration, quand tu nous tiens... D:) Néanmoins, je constate une nouvelle fois qu'en globalité, tu manies toujours mieux l'écriture du français que beaucoup de natifs en France ; sache que tu as cet avantage pour toi. xD Quoi qu'il en soit, je te souhaite un bel épanouissement dans l'écriture, et une bonne inspiration pour toutes tes histoires !

@Asmodith Je vois totalement ce que tu veux dire, alors la on a les mêmes opinions aha. Je vais prendre en compte tout cela bien sur. Sinon, ne t’attends pas a grand chose xD mon français s’est bien dégradé malheureusement avec le temps ( je pratique plus). C’est pour cela que je veux écrire quelques chose en français ( plutôt des one shots )

Et en terme de thèmes, j'ai des goûts assez vastes et adaptables ! Si une histoire est intéressante dans son univers et est bien écrite, j'accroche plutôt facilement et me laisse prendre par le flot. Mais si je devais citer quelques thèmes que j'apprécie moins (et donc prendre la question à l'envers, oups), je citerais la dystopie, les abus mentaux comme physiques, les sad endings. Je ne suis pas contre les histoires un peu sombres, mais j'ai plus de mal lorsque ces points plus extrêmes sont abordés.
Bon, ma réponse n'est pas très complète en soi, mais mea culpa : je suis du genre à ne pas avoir de thèmes préférés, et j'aime bien découvrir les univers que les auteurs ont à proposer. Du moment qu'il n'y a pas de thème qui me dérange, j'aime bien découvrir des histoires en me lançant dans un nouvel univers sans forcément y être habitué. Ça sort un peu des habitudes, et puis ça fait voyager différemment !

Someone told me that I should do Sexual Mature content warning on every chapter. Like hell no. You were warned starting the fic im not rewriting a warning every-time if not necessary. Yes i never denied the fact that the MC do not like Ghost, she lusts him but that’s the plot isn’t it? What’s the point of her liking him on the first sight? I remind you: it’s the army. People may tend to have toxic behaviours and Julia clearly use sex to cope, because that’s the only thing she feels like she can have control over ( until Ghost)

Honestly you nail every scene and tbh most of them are filled with inner monologue rather than explicit content. Don’t listen to them your writing style and plot are amazing im super invested

Fellow writers, is it just me or writing a story starting by the end makes it so much easier? I have been writing Land of Monsters in reverse and editing stuff throughout the time and tbh i have never been this productive writing. Also, a new fic is on it’s way, i already have the first chapter written should i post it now or wait until i’m ready to focus on it?
