            If you have an android tablet,  go to the goggle playstore and search for the amazon Kindle app.  The app download is free, book on the other hand you will have to buy.  You will need to have an account to buy the ebook.

            In United States,  not in all countries apparently.   You don't have to have an actual Kindle device to have a Kindle account.   If you go to the Amazon website they have free downloadable apps for iPhone,  iPad, Android cell phones,  Android tablets, Macs and PC's.
