Hello, friends! It's officially Hispanic Heritage Month, and I want to take a moment to give shout -outs to Latinx writers and Latinx books from my friends here on Wattpad! Representation is so very important, and I know growing up, it wasn't easy to find people like me in books. Seeing these amazing writers show cultures similar to mine is amazing, and they deserve some love. Here are a few book recommendations featuring Latinx main characters or written by Latinx authors!
All That I Am: an inspiring work fearing the unique storyline of Latinx MC, Vivi Flores-Mena. Written by sunjin
A Delicate Art: a wonderfully beautiful writing with appearances of memorable & diverse characters. Written by eVolution04
Plus Minus One: the phenomenal story with mountains of creativity. Written by juni_penguin_
I'm No Villain: the third book in its series, it features a fantastic Mexican-Asian family, the Yamamotos, and talented storytelling. Written by JunieWeathers
Falling Love: the story of a Guatemalan MC, Valentina, alongside a wonderfully diverse cast. Written by riceygirl101
Thank you to everyone above for showing me and so many others the representation we needed! If you have any other Latinx centered stories, please leave a comment below! And happy Hispanic Heritage Month!!
