@EclecticReflection Honestly, not as much as I would like. I started a huge story last year that quite honestly took all of my creative juices and the reserves with it. I was stuck in my project then just didn't have the gumption to write anything else. I recently tried writing again, but it's not anywhere where I was. And now I've actually started college again and I'm about to take on a second job here in about a week or so. So, maybe I'll come back. I want to. I'm not sure though.

Hello to all of my precious followers and friends.
You've probably noticed that I haven't been around much, I do apologize for that. I actually did a lot of writing on my next big project (tba eventually) a few months ago, but it seemed to take most of my creative juice reserves with it.
I haven't written anything in a while now though. Combine together my working three part time jobs, spending time with friends, taking care of my chickens (nine lil' babies), and a new boyfriend, I find that by the time I get home I just wanna veg on my phone or play video games to relax before bed.
But, I need to start writing again. People have had it way worse than me and have written more and better works that I probably ever will. I hope to become more active on here one again, no promises, but I'll try.
Much love and thankfulness to you all,
Bethany

Well, I was tagged by @feathersnwildflowers @nemohorsegirl and @willowskythe to post 13 random things about myself. So, without further ado: 1. Proud mama of nine chickens. Three are almost full grown and should hopefully be giving me some eggs soon. Six are wee lil' chickies about a month old or so. All are my babies ^__^ 2. Turns out I'm allergic to watermelon. Been eating it my whole life, no problems, but took a test about a year ago that claimed I was, and the last time I ate a slice my throat started closing up on me...so no more watermelon for me T^T 3. I can be a very solemn, introverted person until you take the time to get to know me. Then I have the tendency to be on the weird/crazy side of the spectrum. But I will still talk life with you. I would rather get to know you and talk one on one than listen to a group of fluff that does no good to the heart or soul. Let's speak life. 4. I'm a die-hard Tolkien fan. Currently wearing my Middle Earth sweater in fact ^___^ LotR actually started my love of writing. If I recall correctly, the first story I ever wrote was of an elf raised by an ent in Fangorn Forest. I have since deleted it since it was bad and I was only twelve when I wrote it. 5. At last count I have around 83 (if not more) story ideas started on my computer, most of which were based off of dreams I've had (Autumn's Fall being one of them). Most will never see the light of day, let alone be finished, but I've a few that might actually be worth investing time into. 6. Grew up in Phoenix, AZ but currently living on a small 17 acre farm/ranch/homestead in the middle of nowhere outside of small town Texas, USA. It's a fairly regular occurrence to hear coyotes yipping and barking in the middle of the night while they run across the fields.

This is fantastic. So is Skyrim. And your story about your Gandalf costume. XD Glad you posted!

@BethanyFerson Nice hair! And I feel you on the story ideas. Last I tried counting mine was somewhere in the 50s. I'm gonna write them all someday. :)

7. Currently have the ends of my hair dyed dark blue, teal, and light blue in layers so as to accomplish what I'd call the mermaid look
8. Used to the play the violin until the E string started hurting my ear. Also used to dance in a tambourine group at churches and in parades on rare occasions. Gonna try to maybe pick up the violin again and make a sting quartet with a few of my friends.
9. Graduated as valedictorian at my massage school. Been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. You need me to knead you (ahhh, bad pun).
10. I love Skyrim...(I'm running out things, y'all). Oh! I'm terrible at jumping in video games. Just don't have the knack for it I guess *shrugs*
11. Been a Christian for most of my life and happy to be able to know my Savior despite all I've done in my life.
12. Made my own Gandalf the Grey costume, complete with beard and pointy hat. I wore it to all the Hobbit movies. One of which I was chased by a group of squealing teenagers around the theater seats and a guy asked me if I had any Old Toby weed from the South Farthings (told him I was all out).
13. Weapons owned count: A bow, dagger, short sword (Sting replica), and two reaver claws.
