There is a huge misconception on horrortale sans. Horror actually doesn't eat humans at all, he even goes as far as to starving himself and having his brother hit him with a bat thingy whenever he thinks of eating someone. Doesn't mean he won't kill a human though, he will definitely kill humans, but he will not eat them. Istead he will most likely make them into headogs and sell them or give them to his brother to eat and cook with.

because they cant grow anything underground. there is no sunlight. and truthfully i the beginning of horrortale no one ate humans. frisk or the player beat the 'game' on a 'neutral' route and asgore is dead. so undyne takes over, and things go down the drain, and she goes mad with power, sans went to meet her and beg her to send more food to snowdin, but she refused and it ended with his skull getting smashed in. he returned and told everyone the new orders where to eat humans and that not to tell undyne or let her know. sans himself ended up starving himself not wanting to eat a human
