Greetings! Dear readers, my name is Aakriti and I am 14 years old. My life solely revolves around experimenting and reading a range of different kinds of books. I enjoy reading books of the classic, mystery, detective, autobiographical, science fiction and poetry genres. I believe that it is only in writing that one can truly express themselves. I myself am a poet, writer and a speaker. 
My style of writing does not go beyond our existing world into fiction, but instead focuses on the wonders of our daily lives itself because everyday has in store for us new surprises and challenges. And it is this thrill and excitement to be able to make a difference someday, someplace that drives me. As a teenager I am facing a number of problems and at the same time realising the many beauties of life. It is this journey and the inexplicable experiences so far that are reflected in my writing. I dream of becoming a successful journalist or author and I hope that this platform provides me with the requisite jump start to establish my future.
