Dr. Aaron Rossi is a medical doctor who graduated from Elmhurst College in 2006 and obtained his medical degree from the University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine in 2012. While in medical school, Dr. Rossi discovered his passion for managing a private medical practice. After graduating, he served in various capacities across the healthcare spectrum, expanding his knowledge and skill set. He developed a proven model for private practice management. He grew a Central Illinois single-provider practice into a robust multi-speciality group, quadrupling the practice's revenue in under four years.

Dr. Rossi believes in keeping physicians autonomous and has helped private physicians navigate the ever-changing healthcare landscape. In March 2018, he purchased PAL Health Technologies, a forty-year-old national prescription custom foot and ankle orthotic fabrication laboratory. In June 2019, he founded Reditus Laboratories, LLC, initially focusing on dermatopathology and histology. Later, they acquired their first real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) machine to diagnose soft tissue and wound infections accurately.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, Aaron Rossi shifted production at PAL from custom orthoses to face shields for first responders and hospital systems throughout the United States. Reditus Laboratories also provided PCR COVID-19 testing nationwide to organizations such as the United States Customs and Border Patrol, Smithfield Foods, and the Illinois Department of Corrections. Over the past two years, Reditus Laboratories has performed approximately five million COVID RT-PCR tests.
