I write because I feel. And sometimes I feel good enough to share what I write. 

My goal for 2018 is to write almost everyday of the year. I love to write and I want to get better at it, and what better way to improve then by plenty of practice. I am by no means a professional or experienced, this is purely a hobby I really enjoy and feel like I have some proficiency in but I am very interested in being more intentional in my writing. I know I've got a long way to go, much to learn, and things to improve on (like grammar especially).  I would love feedback as long as it is respectful, and support and encouragement are always welcome.

I usually write fiction, so if you're into that, you may enjoy my work. I especially like fantasy and adventure fiction. I draw inspiration from Tolkien, Lewis, classic legends like Robin Hood and King Arthur, Shakespeare, and Pinterest.  Most of the pieces I put on here are short stand alone pieces or excerpts from a novel I've been working on for a few years. Recently, I've been getting more into poetry and the classics so more of that style might appear on here.

I write for myself mostly, but I think it's time I start writing for a real audience. So here goes nothing.
