I love reading and writing but sometimes it's hard to express my feelings in writing so I rather read and see if I can somehow connect. But the one thing that I find that helps me express my feelings is listening to music. We all have that one song that we can just jam it out and there is that other song that can make all the emotions come out. It's the same as reading.
