I’m out of books to read. If anyone can recommend some good completed stories I’d be very grateful . Lately I’ve been reading a lot of fantasy books but I’m open to any genre

If anyone could help me find this book I’m looking for it’s a boyxboy book about a society where people who are found to have powers are sent away to this facility and the (president’s) (mayor’s) (someone important) son was discovered to have powers so he’s sent away to this facility and it turns out this facility tries to find the weakness of everyone’s powers and the son of the important person can heal himself and the other boys powers is something like fire/electric   [IF ANYONE HAS AN IDEA OF WHAT THE BOOK IS CALLED LET ME KNOW]

I don’t like doing announcements but it’s gonna be my birthday soon and my birthdays always suck I’ve never had a good birthday so I was wondering does anyone actually love their birthday? Like you get excited for it and everything? I’m genuinely curious
