So I need some advice :)
          
          so I need some advice for two different things. 1: I've been really in my head and like so much anxiety and idk kinda depressed but like it's been worse. I just want to have a good 2926 guys what the heck.
          
          And 2: I have a crush on someone. I'll call them M. I don't think I want to tell them. it's really weird and difficult to explain. we've been friends for a long while and I feel like if I drop this on them now it'd be weird and I can't stand to lose them and if it were anyone else I would tell them but guys it's eating me alive. I love them so much and I don't want to ruin anything 
          
          anywayz please help ! I have so much anxiety and so stressed and this crush is so like ugh please help chat idk who to ask !!!

honestly crushes are so anxiety provoking, especially when it’s someone who you are already good friends with. You are constantly stuck between this cycle of wanting to tell them and see if the feelings are reciprocated whilst not wanting to risk loosing them entirely. my best advice (not saying it’s the best advice) is to keep an eye on them closely, are they showing that they like you too? If they are being flirty with you, or acting like they like you back i’d tell them!!!!!!! but honestly i think communication is so important, if they are a good and honest friend they won’t just drop that friendship so easily, yes it may awkward at first if they don’t like you back, but people can make it work staying as friends. hope this made sense, and i hope you start to feel better

@wwimf_meow_verison for number one, I think you just need to wait the anxiety out because I did that and I think it fixes it if you just wait. Because, there really no other thing you can do with that happening in my opinion. If you know the cause of the anxiety, then I think you just need to find the cause of it and stop, that might work for you. Anyways hope this helped!
