Happy Thursday— and to this little slurp of what I think at the moment. And to this new collection of god knows what, I apologize if anyone disagrees.
NOW. Something that bothers me is the pressure of the writer behind the screen and in front of the piece of paper. I say this with great great love because I believe to solidify and execute a perfect chapter doesn't take an hours worth of continuous writing. I believe in it being more so as a way of lazy-writing, but it strikes me on how pressured, literally, writers are for their books. Some people are determined for the reads, the followers, and I mean you do you— but is that really the main goal? (I feel like the underdog now, lol!) but seriously. I think to perfectly make a chapter, it tends to take longer than two hours of what you think is good when it definitely can be better.
I dunno; but that's the beginning of this lovely segment, I guess?
All love,
—Amanda
