Do you want to get your fans to really relate emotionally with the songs?
- Yeah that's the whole point, that's the only thing we do. We want people to feel about our records the same way we felt about records that are really important to us. I want people to love the album. I want people to not be able to listen to the album because it reminds them of something or someone. I want it to be there when people are fighting. I want it to be there when people are having sex. I want it to bleed into humanity, that's what we really care about.
