I would like to take a minute and share my thoughts and opinions on the whole TikTok ban; there are so many messed up things happening in this country right now and the government is more focused on banning an app than focusing on real issues. Women’s rights are being taken away, global warming is increasing at an alarming rate, there are massive fires in California that are destroying people’s homes and congress’ biggest concern is an app. TikTok has become a safe space for many people, TikTok helped to build connections between individuals, TikTok gave people jobs and a way to lift themselves off the ground, TikTok gave opportunities for people to pursue their interests and dreams and express themselves in a way they never would have been able to. By banning TikTok, congress is going against freedom of expression and therefore going against the constitution. This country has turned into an oligarchy and is completely straying away from what it’s supposed to be. I am genuinely worried for what is to become of America.

hey yall, sorry for sort of ghosting and forgetting to update, I’ve been really busy with the holidays and then midterms coming up that I haven’t really had a lot of time to write. but I’ve been thinking and I think I might rewrite Cool About It because it is sooooo messy and I feel like I have improved a lot since I started writing it. I’m not sure when I will publish it again but it will probably be soon but I will make sure to keep you guys updated.
