I've tried quitting smoking so many times I genuinely believe it's more likely for the apocalypse to happen than me actually quitting.

@acid_fvs It's not that simple. Where I live smoking is so normalized that you see 10 year olds smoking. I started smoking when I was 12. It's really hard to quit when all you see is this. As for my friends, of course they know I'm trying to quit but at the same time I'm not trying to make a big deal out of it. It's my own struggle, they can just encourage me and help me emotionally.

@acid_fvs have u ever told ur friends ur trying to quit? and if u have do they respect it bc if they did they would be conscious enough to not smoke around you, i think that would be the first step to making it a bit easier to try and quit
