I am a coaching poet honoring my vow to living: to experience all of life's moments in their immediacy before elevating the painful to the aesthetic and to face come what may with courage and authenticity. Then, and only then, might I fulfill the seed of expression in me. 

As a coach, I work with my clients integrally-as a human being-taking all aspects of you into consideration to help them reach the fullest expression of themselves to author their lives.
