I absolutely love that the main character is strong-willed despite her past. I also like that you didn’t take the “damsel-in-distress” path as most mafia books do (the whole Stockholm Syndrome theme was getting tiring). The first chapters were a good foundation for an interesting story. Can’t wait to see where the story leads! ❤️
