[now that he was out of the way, the firm yet almost bruising grip on his arm settles, yet still holding onto him enough so that he’d know better than to pull away. she looks over her shoulder once again, just to reassure herself there were no footfalls outside the door or wandering ears. only then did she turn back to him] it’s been around— for ages. dad went through this, aunt kira, ../min/ did. and— so did i, but you weren’t supposed to. ever, this was their past, and my present— but tris, this wasn’t meant to be your future. this place— it’s evil, inhumane.. and not a place /you/ need to be. just trust me on this one— i need to get you out of here.

@urhuntnszn hey— /ouch,/ what did i say about grabbing me like that.. you know i bruise easy. [ a small frown worked its way upon his features as he was grabbed and pulled to the side. by now, he was more than familiar with being pushed around by his older sister. what worried him was that this time she seemed somewhat frantic about it as she shut the door and pulled him to the side. rightfully so, because even he knew that this was the last place he should be. and clearly.. only one of them knew the ins and outs of it— that being his sister, who he trusted. the last thing tristan was going to do was put up a fight against that part. but, still, there were so many questions waiting to be asked. ] i just.. god— how long has this been a thing? you’re walking around in some freaky mask with a gun, noa. the way it sounds, /you/ shouldn’t be here either. what’s going on?

he won’t know— and he /never/ will, you hear me? [her tone was harsh as she occasionally glanced behind her into the vast hallway. quickly, she pushes the door shut with her fist. she knew this was risky, there were rules set in place; one of them being to only take your mask off in your lonesome, and to never interact with the trainees regardless of relation. two rules she was breaking, and rules she had seen others break and ultimately punished. she steps closer to him, only grabbing his upper arm forcefully and yanking him aside so if god forbid another official had walked in, he wouldn’t directly be in their line of vision] how the hell did you find out about this place? tristan— you need to go home, you can’t stay here. there’s a reason dad didn’t want us involved in the family business, and this is what it entails. i need to get you out of here— but you /can’t/ tell him i’m here.
