Your story is amazing!! I've read the one with the tenth doctor..awesome!!! Here's an idea for ya: they meet the master again, but escape, and the companion punches him and knocks him out! Later, maybe, you could have them meet captain jack again, or go to new earth(like the one in with Martha and the tenth doctor). Keep up the good work!!!
