Adarose, need your advice. 1) I know this depends on the person, but how long do most people make their chapters? I’m worried I might be making some too longer than others and Vice versa but I’ve been trying to break them up more reasonably. I’ve been told 1600 to 3600 is best appropriate but I’m not sure. 2) Outside of contests and promoting, best way to get your story noticed? I thought I could do it on skill alone but I’m even doubting that now. Should I just keep going no matter what?

@adarosewrites Yeah I was shocked too. The largest writing platform...doesn't have a proper writing forum anymore. It just feels so bizarre. Me too, based on your comments it seemed like a fun place to talk to other writers. Oh well.

@adarosewrites True....yeah I better reconsider and change up a chapter or two (I broke up 20,000 words in seven chapters at one point and I think somehow I still had one that was one way too big in comparison to the rest lol.) Yeah, looks like in hindsight I probably should've joined when I decided to become a writer back in college. Posting and starting in 2018 rather than 2020/1 really would've helped (even though I completely sucked back then) Okay, I'll give that a good idea for covers when I can't get it, thanks.

@SalexanderWorkshop Also, I had NO idea that the community forum no longer exists! That's so disappointing! It was a good place for newbie writers to interact with other writers. I hope they bring it back or so
