Hi everyone! I decided to write to you all now, because I felt bad for leaving for so long with no trace and just not writing anymore. Truth is I'm stuck in this weird spot where I want to keep writing Rekindling Us, but I just don't know how to push their story forward. Also, I read through The Secret Singer recently and it was really painful to read what high school sophomore me thought was good writing as a sophomore in college now. But, I digress, I just wanted to let you know that I am alive and I do want to continue my story but I truly don't know when that'll be. I need inspiration, and I'm struggling to find it. But hopefully that will come. Regardless, I would like to hear what you guys think, so comment if you have any thoughts!

@NovGirl94 well I'm glad to hear that, because I was cringing a lot reading it and hoping people wouldn't come at me with pitchforks over it haha

Her voice shook as she asked again, "Aksh... please, what's happening? Why am I here?"

Rudraksh stood still, his expression unreadable. But in his eyes there was something different in them. Something colder than the warmth she was used to. He couldn't let sympathy cloud his judgment. Not now. Not when his duty came first.

"You're confused," he said his voice firm, which felt unfamiliar. "You're going to take a lie detector test. It's part of the process. We need to know what you remember... and what you don't."

Drishti stared at her husband her heart sinking. A lie detector test? She had no idea what he was talking about.

"I don't understand" she whispered shaking her head as fear tightened in her chest.

Rudraksh Instead of answerimg her question he reached for the handcuffs. '' Mrs rawat you are under arrest for mudering innocent peoples ''
She gasped, her eyes widening in shock.
