i had a customer shout at me consistently on the tills until i literally couldn’t handle it anymore and started fully crying on the tills and even then she was shouting and being rude to my older co workers and my manager while i was upstairs hyperventilating???? like im sorry what how can you be so bothered about something going through AS AN EXXCHANGE (if u can’t tell im not over it)

guys my mum has said for weeks i don’t need to pay for a particular christmas present for my cousin but then today suddenly she was like have you bought that present yet? and i was like no you said you were gonna pay?? and she was like i never said that and now she’s annoyed i don’t have $50 until wednesday night like ma’am u told me multiple times i didn’t have to pay it!! i would’ve kept it aside if you told me

guys the eras tour book sold out in like literally three minutes but i managed to get one im so happy!! i swear the adrenaline rush of buying that was similar to when i booked my eras tour tickets
