I was born and raised there, don't have much of a choice. The good thing is there are plenty of gay people who visit the resorts and there's no violence against them. 

It's pretty beautiful once you ignore all the ignorant fucks all over the country. 

@chezdon1997 Well, you can't be openly gay here, but Maldives is mostly known for white sandy beaches and stuff as you'll know if you read my story. 

Homosexuality is a sin in Islam. Maldives is a 100 percent Muslim country.
