I have updated my characterhub! User is @izroulia and ALL my OCs are now on there with their basic i formation and portraits! I’m working on doing headshots for everyone, but their references and info is done so y’all go over there and pick your favourites for me.

I’m at the point of writing my original books where I’m doing a massive overhaul. Redesigning a few characters, adding and taking away entire chapters, lengthening the story as a whole, adding lore and world building etc. the third draft will be VERY different from the first two. So if you want to read the latest draft and give ideas and feedback for the third draft, now I’d definitely the time.

Consultation update: OUGH that price tag HURTS. But, there are insurance options available. So that’s something I’ll be looking into. Other than that, if I can gather the money or get the insurance I can get the surgery by NEXT YEAR AHHHHGGGHHHH. As early as February if I’m super lucky and can make $16000 by then. Although I’m not getting my hopes up for that lol. Maybe mid-late 2026? Let’s hope. I already had a hunch I’d need a double incision, but the surgeon confirmed that yep, that’s the one that works best for my size. Fine by me, that means COOL SCARS. Overall, ouch that price. But expected. And actually rather pleasantly surprised by the wait time being not absolutely awful! A year is still long, but so much less than the three years it took to get the fucking consultation holy shit. 

My top surgery consolation is TOMORROW I’m FREAKING out. I’m hoping the actual surgery itself won’t be like 3 years away, because it already took me like 3 years just to get the consultation. I’ll get all the details tomorrow once I’ve had my boobs poked at and the surgeon gives me the best options for my chest size and such. But dude, I’m hoping and praying there’s a way to cover the cost otherwise I’m paying $16000 out of pocket,,, which I definitely don’t have. So I’m hoping things go in my favour. Also never actually had to get half naked for a doctor before so low key freaking out about that too. Like I know it’s a professional medical setting,,, but aggshwhshasksjhs embarrassing. 

Hey i used to read your L x reader fanfics im on my alt account rn i used to read them a long time ago did you ever mention reality shifting in one of your fics because im trying to remember where i learned about reality shifting also if you did how did that go for you? It’s spring in aus rn and I’ve been smacked in the face with motivation to do witch/helpol things again. Happens every year, I do nothing all winter and as soon as it’s over I’m refreshing the altar and going outside (much to my allergies dismay) and finding offerings again. Thanks for the kick up the ass Persephone, the yearly spring motivation is back. So I’ll probably be updating my book on the Greco Roman gods a bit more than usual. If there’s a particular god or myth you want me to dig up information on that I haven’t already done, let me know and I’ll add them to the list!

I’m doing some world building work for my fantasy book, gimme your favourite mythical/supernatural creature so if I haven’t already done one, I can make a design and add them to the universe. Not just from fairytales either, but like ancient and cultural mythology too. Doesn’t matter how obscure it is, I’ll find a way to add them in!

It’s kinda sad watching Wattpad slowly loose its user base. I know apps/websites can’t last forever, eventually one day something will come along that operates better and people will go there. People have been migrating to ao3 for years now, despite the website practically not being updated since 2009, it’s tagging and filtering system just works really well so they e not needed to update it that much. I’ve definitely noticed a decline in Wattpads users in the past few years, and while I don’t think it’s on deaths door just yet, I can see it coming in the near distance. Especially with Wattpad adding ads and subscription payments no one asked for or wants to use, and their nuking of NSFW content every so often. Fear not, I’m staying here until it dies. But please do be making backups of your work guys. If the day comes Wattpad dies, millions of fics and original works will go with it. It’ll be another mass lost media. So PLEASE remember to back up your stuff.
