[tw for anorexia] so i forgot to eat for like 5-6 hours, which has never happened as someone who gets hungry a lot. i have recently been anorexic & forget to eat sometimes. this time, i had no feeling of hunger & completely forgot food existed. i have drank some water today, normal amount. but a few minutes ago, i stood up & my vision had an extreme "vignette photo filter" moment. this does happen sometimes when i stand up but not as much. it was almost as extreme as this one time i was constipated. it had no green or anything, just black, & it was like a tunnel. my head hurt more than it did earlier & i felt like i was gonna faint then & there. like literally. i felt like just had to accept my fate & just faint. i walked i little & it was harder to walk than it was earlier when i couldn't walk that well. i'm also exhausted & there's exposed mold in my house & the air purifier wasn't on last night. :-(

fuuuuuuuck my throat hurts, my nose is stuffy & running, my head hurts, my eyes burn & they're watering, i have annoying cramps cuz i'm ovulating, my limbs are sore from school, i had 2 mildly bad dreams last night, my ptsd is acting up so that means more ocd, & i've had an ingrown fingernail for 4 days.
