A new chapter of Captain Kim: Letters from 1881 is finally up. It’s a little short, but I promise I’ll update again very soon.

Just realized tonight that I don’t get updates of Captain Kim. No notification I mean. I’ve missed this story since you stopped posting on Insta. Dang it! So glad I caught it and can catch up now. ❤️

@Heather937926 That really means a lot, thank you! I didn’t realize people missed Captain Kim after I stopped posting on Insta. I’m happy you caught up again! ❤️ I stopped posting there because it took a lot of time, and with my studies and work I couldn’t manage it. Posting on Wattpad is much easier for me right now. Thank you for still reading and supporting the story!

Hi author! How are you?... Just finished one of your book "Forbidden love" it's amazing but I have a question which I also searched in your q&a chapter but no one asked about it.... So my question is— why bogum murdered those people? (Photos of People in the storage room, crossed with red)

@Unknownarth Hi, thank you so much for reading Road to Death and for such a thoughtful question

I’m really glad you noticed that detail.
Bogum didn’t kill those people randomly. Every photo with a red cross belongs to someone connected to his underworld life. Some of them were his partners who betrayed him, some became his opponents, and some simply knew too much about his illegal activities and secrets.

For Bogum, anyone who threatens his control or exposes his truth is a liability—and he removes liabilities without hesitation.

The last two photos are different. Taehyung and Jungkook are marked with a red dot, not a cross, because they are not dead. They are targets. Their existence poses a future risk to Bogum’s power, and he is watching them, waiting for the right moment.

That room shows who he was, who he destroyed, and who he plans to destroy. It’s meant to reflect how dangerous and calculated Bogum truly is.

Thank you again for paying attention to the details—it really means a lot as a writer
