Honestly it is kinda difficult to make up a starting point but you need to plan out wether you wanna write small one shots, preferences, a full book chapter by chapter, once you figure that out, you need to think which movie you wanna base it off whether it be hocus pocus 1 or hocus pocus 2, once you do, watch the movie and try see if you get any idea from the plot and after that, let your creativity flow!
