if it wasn’t obvious what i’ve been doing for the past couple of hours.. it is now. quicker than i expected, the cast of pembroke hall is finally here! you can tell how bad i wanted to get this out for you guys.. i made like 30 different mood boards for different ocs in case i was going to put them in the main cast.. keep in mind, if you haven’t seen my previous announcements, this is up there for one of the hardest things i ever done. and i’m really sorry if things didn’t turn out the way you wanted them to, i really really am. i can’t even describe it. but anyway! it’s here, now yours, and i hope you enjoy!

seeing all these great applications for ph is making me want to bang my head against the wall i don’t know how im going to limit myself to picking only some of them.. this is really really tough holy shit i may just start flipping coins or spinning wheels to pick a cast. you all are such great writers and i can rlly tell just how much passion you put into these ocs. i rlly don’t want to let people down by not selecting them
honestly—just go with your heart !! no amount of advice will over power this !! if you believe an oc will do well in YOUR fic then thats that. people getting upset is inevitable, but picking out good characters to fit into the certain story you have in mind is only up to you.
@BEETLEBUMPS this is such great advice, thank you so much for writing this!! i’m definitely gonna pretend i’m actually on the admissions board now lmao. i’ll follow your advice and also def choose the ocs that feel the most compelling to me personally and i guess if anyone hates me for it (which hopefully they won’t) i brought it on myself.
@psxchopomp- im trying to group by archetype but that itself is very difficult as everyone has such unique ocs.. and dont get me started on how much great effort people put into their forms. i think im just going to have to go with my gut and how compelled i am to the oc. i’ll still feel bad nonetheless but at least ill feel happy with the result of the cast!
