can someone PLEASE tell me why people are so pressed annabeth was blonde in the first movie. There are so many other things to critique about this film that verify it being a bad adaptation, but the only criticism I ever hear is that she had a different hair color???

@bellarue- what honestly bothers me the most is that the criteria most people use to bash annabeth being blonde could also easily be applied grover, and casting someone who wasn’t white to play that role was the only good thing about the og movies because there are only three poc characters in the first series and two of them FUCKING DIED
