I am starting to hate fanfics about relationships with two characters from the actual media. Because every time someone writes one they never get the relationship dynamic between the characters correct. It’s literally kills me inside.

People not understanding that morally gray characters are supposed to be critiqued will be the death of me istg!!!!

I think that something is wrong with me because I rarely ever like the canon endgame relationships in my favorite shows/movies/books. I always prefer a random ship over it every single time. WHYYY IS THATTTT?!??!!

A lot of y’all are using the phrase ‘platonic soulmates’ a little too loosely and it’s blowing me! Like, they are just friends.

I don’t think that it is fair to compare the vampire diaries to the originals, because they have completely different themes and styles of storytelling. I think that it is a fairer comparison if you were to compare the originals to Lucifer if anything.

After thinking about it for a week I want to say that I hate Elijah in the originals, and not in the vampire diaries.
