This story begins with a glance and spans eight years of silent love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. In ‘Scarlet Thorns’ the author revisits the moments that had him but not exactly him. The story goes to rewind in the year 2017 when it all started. This is a journey through the highs and lows of one-sided love, capturing the beauty, pain, warmth, fear, hope, and desire of a one-sided lover. From her first day at ‘Avalon International School’ when she stood at the entrance looking at a total stranger to the many small interactions, that made her heart bloom, this book chronicles her secret admiration and unspoken feelings for him. Despite the passing years, her feelings remained hidden in the core of her heart. The book explores the bittersweet reality of loving someone from afar. This book is a testimonial to the enduring nature of love even when it goes unspoken and unrequited. It is a story of growing up, moving on, and finding your true self.
