Recently I’ve been thinking about changing my green beret stories starting era from medieval to something like America in the 1920s… it would certainly help simplify a few details and help the story proceed the way I would like it to.

So I’m currently working on adding wildlife animals to my green beret story. These animals will not be like the Terrans in how they’re bipedal , have hands, can talk, etc. these wildlife animals will be exactly as described ‘wild’. Now these wild life animals will be similar to Earth animals but have major differences in appearance. One of the reasons I wanted to do this is because I finally decided that there should be a mode of transportation like horseback riding because the story is set in a mismatch medieval world and horse based transportation/cargo hauling only made sense. The reason I held off on adding this is because I thought it would be kinda weird is I had an anthro fox riding a regular horse. But I’ve finally decided to fix that little issue and decided to take Earth animals, edit their appearance and such and use them as regular wildlife animals. This of course will force me to heavily edit the story… again… all 5 hours worth of content no less… oh well it’ll all be worth it. Of course this will take some time accomplish, ergo the next chapter will be delayed. Thank you all for your support, it means a lot!

Hey!! I’m still alive and writing, don’t worry. I’ve just been real busy with irl work and practicing my lapidary and faceting skills. I’ve been writing some songs that I plan to use in my green beret story and I DEFINITELY did NOT use AI to do all the work… ok I might of used AI but by technicality, I’ve been writing the songs because I have to use the AI and tell it what I’m looking for in a song. Tell it what type of music, add in any desired lyrics, etc. so by that logic… I’VE been writing the songs…… anyway, in other news, I plan to do some slight editing to the story and add in a few more details as well as custom flags which I WILL make without an AI. I promise I’m perfectly capable of making a rectangle and adding some pretty colors. It’s writing songs and juggling rhymes that I have problems with… So keep an eye out for those updates and thank you all for reading my stories!

Don’t worry, there WILL be a second book. I just have to figure out how to properly continue it. I have a general idea of how to start but I wanna make sure that I can make it work well with the rest of the story. But yes there will be a second book but it might take a little bit before I can confidently begin writing it.
