          I know I've been inactive for almost a month now, and I truly feel guilty for keeping you all waiting. Trust me, I can't express how much I appreciate the support you've shown for my first story, *The Girl: Cursed Fate*. I was supposed to post Chapter 17, and honestly, I was even considering putting the book on hold. I just haven't been feeling motivated lately, and the declining reads and votes with each chapter have been discouraging.
          
          But then I received a few comments on Wattpad, Instagram, and even YouTube that reminded me why I started writing in the first place. Even if I only have 5-6 loyal readers, it's worth continuing.
          
          I know I can be a bit lazy, so please bear with me and don't abandon my book halfway through! I promise to try and be more consistent, and I'll make sure to write longer chapters for all of you.
