hi everyone!! just letting you know that my dear tulip is officially out ^_^ happy reading!!

Hi, so I'm back?? Two years later?? Not sure if I'm going to be writing anything, but I would like to address a couple of things.
          
          It's mainly some introductory stuff, but I'd like to start off by addressing my original display name. I didn't realize that "drapetomani" was a word connected to history involving racism and slavey. I thought it was a pretty word that just meant that you had the overwhelming urge to run away. I would like to formally apologize for my actions. I have changed my display name to "lucent," which means softly bright or radiant. I hope that you all can accept my apology, and politely correct me if I say something wrong. I would rather learn from my mistakes and correct my actions than be offensive to certain groups/people.
          
          Second of all, I am no longer going by Rain. I now go by Lynn. I have also decided to write for whatever I want, and not be held up with whatever I feel like I'm forced to write. I may or may not rewrite "My Dear Tulip," depending on interest in it. Plus, I remember a good portion of it (and I believe I still have the story outline for it somewhere in my bedroom.) Though updates may be slow, since I have a full-time job, am in college, and am in a serious relationship.
