Big post today, will try to make this a tradition and just get all my thoughts out there every friday!
So hello, I hope you are happy to see me active again! Some big things of note, upcoming U.S tiktok ban, I will continue to post on here are regularly as I can, I am moving away from AO3 and trying to concentrate my efforts on a smaller scale. Sometimes the inspiration doesn’t strike but I’m doing my best to keep it up by condensing my workload.
Please, please don’t be shy and feel free to interact with me on here!! I actually really enjoy hearing from you guys, your input is always welcome!
Secondly, Preachers Daughter will be discontinued as of now. Instead, my intentions are to complete the book offline and publish it in full. However, I will try to keep active with updates, questions for audience input, and character profiles/scene descriptions in lieu of chapters. Think of it as a somewhat live write along.
Lastly, fanfiction! Honestly a lot of my inspiration has died with the call of duty fan community. I almost feel like an outdated trend writing CoD fanfiction, I’m wondering if any of you have new obsessions/requests that I can write about. Watching the fan base shrink has affected a lot of writers, lets revive our literary talent with fresh ideas? I’m thinking I might return my efforts to my “last of us” prequel, but I may remove the direct CoD link. A lot of my ideas feel quite game/film/tv show inspired but novel in their characters and plot, maybe I should just continue this way and hope something sticks.
