It's almost time for the Wattys. Closer to the date I'll have to take down the current draft of 'Dictator', so that I can submit it properly.

Ohhh, it's hopeless. Dictator will never do well. What was I thinking? It's far too short, it's practically a short story. There's no substance to it, none at all. What can I do? What should I do? REWRITE. I'll do a separate rewrite of the whole thing. It's too short, it needs fixing. Yes, that's what I'll do. I'll do that.

I've sketched out the final draft of 'Prisoner', and I think it'll go far better than 'Dictator'. I've settled the character arcs, disposed of the first few drafts, and I think it's ready to go. I've got lots to do in the coming weeks, so I'll update on Saturday around this time, or earlier. Once a week. Probably. Or maybe on Friday. Doesn't matter. Time's just an irrelevant concept created by humans to sell watches. Or something. Who knows? Who cares? Not me. Life is just pathetic, and everyone who believes otherwise is wrong.
          
          
          Anyway, I think I'd better go to sleep. I'm tired.

My reads are stagnating, I think it's because the forums are gone. To make matters worse, I think that 'Dictator' is reaching a blank point, I don't think readers are finding the middle part interesting. Any thoughts?

I don’t think ‘Prisoner’ will be quite as funny, due to some spoilery reason. I’m hoping that it can be, but it’s going to be tough to keep the humour up. 

@alexmaximillian42 Hi. Just curious. What happened to the other book? The one about a guy in his 30s ranting about his single life and the job he's trying to keep?

I'm thinking that the plot of 'Dictator' is off somewhat. I don't think that it's working at all. So I'm going to have to change it. Do people like it the way it is? I'm not sure. Anyways, I've decided to write a sequel to 'Dictator', so check it out if you want. No pressure.
