Anyone else hate family gatherings/extended family holidays because there's SO MANY PEOPLE and how can anyones social battery last more than a few hours ?? Been here 6 hours and already crying, love that for me

I’m 20 as well, I’ve had my current Wattpad account for a pretty short time but I’ve been reading and writing on Wattpad since I was in middle school on my old accounts that I can’t find the passwords too. There’s so many good stories on Wattpad. Sucks so many people eventually leave.

Isn't it sad how people grow out of wattpad, or am I just sad for not growing out of it at the age of 20? Out of curiosity, how long have you been here? (On my account and on Wattpad in general)

I've been on wattpad (on this account since the start I think?) Since I was 11 I turn 23 this week. I take breaks because the fics I love are hard to find since the search on here is trash (ao3 has spoiled me)

Okay to clarify
My problem is not that they have mh struggles. We all do. I'd never shame anyone for struggling with anything.
I might have failed to say it in a way that communicates my point so:
If they are not comfortable talking about it , why are they posting about it at all? It's pretty common to call stays in mental hospitals "grippy socks vacations" and it's clear from the comments on Emersons Threads and in his insta tags that I am definitely not alone on making this link.
Again, NOTHNG WRONG W HIM STRUGGLING if he is. But to post that and nothing else is just unnecessary.
I agree we shouldn't dig into their private lives, but it's ultimately their choice to post what they post and that hospital pic along w sebastian's story gives everyone a ticket into wondering what the hell is happening.
It is NOT the fans' responsibility to emotionally support a band and yet there are comments like "is there any way we can better support you?."
Again. My problem is not that they struggle w mh. It's that they post these cryptic things about it that scare fans into worrying something is wrong, and then never seem to address it. At least in the past they haven't.
It's OK to disagree w me and I understand both sides of this argument, I just feel for me personally, palaye have over time negatively effected me and I want to move past it. I was a young teenager when I found them, now I'm 20. A lot has changed for me so maybe this is more personal than anything else.
Either way, I apologise if this has upset you in any way and if you want to discuss it I'm happy to in private messages.

Hello anyone who cares
I'm hereafter no longer writing about Palaye Royale in any capacity.
Their latest Instagram stunt is very harmful to their fans and I can't support their constant exploitation of serious mental health issues for clout and loyalty.
I've seen them for 5 years use suicide scares as a way to keep fans engaged and to advertise new albums/songs/videos and I think it's honestly a little bit disgusting.
If I write anything on here in future, it'll be Andy focussed.
Yes, that means no more Remdy, which, believe me, makes me very sad. But I can't keep supporting a band who does this frequently.

@aliyssaa At the end of the day, it's your writing that I'm here for, more than anyone who's in it, so I 100% respect this. I don't follow the band's socials close enough to really know and be able to comment on their behaviour, but I will agree that at least with this most recent stuff, there's no clarification or reassurance to fans. So this sounds like the right thing x

@aliyssaa I'm sorry but I don't understand why you're doing this. They haven't said anything about whatever is going on other than Sebastain asking for prayers and telling us to stay close to our loved ones and Emerson posted of a photo of him in the hospital. Nothing about suicide and it's only been two days since this began so they either aren't comfortable talking about it or they don't know all facts just yet, so just give them time. Plus, I don't think that's something they would take lightly considering the fact that Remington has admitted to being suicidal when he was a teen. As for the thing about them having suicide scares for the past five years, that's kinda understandable considering the fact that A) some were probably not suicide scares, and we just misunderstood the situation and B) suicidal thoughts are not always easy to get past and can take years to get past (I'm speaking as someone who has dealt with those thoughts)
