@existinglies  So, like, I do enjoy the thought of Tamlin getting into a real, steady relationship with a lesser faerie. It would be character development, sure, but that's a shame, because ACOTAR already had a lot of Tamlin character development that completely went to waste in ACOMAF. I have reread the series all the way through multiple times, and I have wondered why Tamlin is suddenly painted as a villain after he was so great and sweet in ACOTAR. I feel like a lot of people easily accepted his new role as villain, to the point where not many people considered the fact that he might actually have been helping the High Fae against Hybern. It's really kind of sad after everything he and Feyre went through in ACOTAR. So, I guess that's it. Sorry to anyone who's having Allie's comment page blocked up by these posts ;).

@existinglies @alliexdalton So, you pose a lot of good points between the two of you and your stories, and this is really why I prefer characters like Nesta and Aelin, because they are flawed and not perfect and they make mistakes that they are held accountable for. Feyre is a bit plastic and even though I love the ACOTAR series, her character could go deeper. The entire love triangle thing was, in fact, a way to leave Tamlin behind and move on with Rhysand. Nothing Tamlin did in the first book, or Lucien for that matter, ever implied that Tamlin would turn into, as you said, an abusive boyfriend, so I do think that SJM did wrong by Tamlin. And I would love to see a book on Tamlin healing and falling in love with a lesser faerie because said faerie was everything that Feyre wasn't. So that is definitely something I could agree with you on. 
            
            But I still do like Mor as a character, because at least she was flawed. She wasn' t like Feyre, and didn't understand her, but she tried to. Even when Feyre pushed her away, she kept trying, which is kind of shallow and typical for any female friend of the main character in most cliched books, but, well, SJM needed someone to write in like that. I still like her, even though the whole Cassian-Azriel-Mor thing was kind of tiring/hard to read and a little unnecessary. If she does get a book, it would be nice to see her character get a little deeper, instead of her being the sidekick with a sob story.

            I want Mor to have a romance simply because she needs to get the hell out of Cassian and Azriel's business. The bitch doesn't have a claim on them, and she's a lesbian anyways, so back the f**k off, right? The drama between her and the guys just feels so contrived in my opinion.
            
            Both Allie and I think Tamlin was wronged by SJM. Honestly. She just turned Tamlin into an abusive boyfriend so that Feyre had an excuse to hook up with Rhys. It would have been an interesting test on the characters if Feyre had to choose between them (and ultimately break one of their hearts). But nooo, because perfect Feyre would never be so mean and blah, blah, blah. Feyre is so boring and cardboard, I can't even... 
            
            If you reread the whole trilogy from start to finish, you will see how Tamlin is just a completely different character in ACOMAF. He was so charming and noble in the first book, though he had a bit of a temper, yes. There was so much neglect toward him by SJM, and I hate how all the other characters condemn him. Shame on you, SJM! You f***ed up that arc reeeeaaaal bad. 
            
            Also, if Tamlin does get his own book, his romance better be with a lesser faerie. I'm sick of the lack of diversity. Why do they all have to be High Fae? Let's get a purple-skinned pixie (or something like that) with him!
