Hmm, about me huh. I really don't like to describe about myself in this site, other than what is my preferred reading material. I am an avid reader of any fantasy novels. My favorite authors (if not, majority) are all fantasy writer.
Magic, one of my favorite genre is the top of my list under fantasy. Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling, Septemus Heap by Angie Sage, and The Secret of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel by Michael Scott are one of my favorite magic related fantasy series. Speaking of magic, don't forget about the magical creatures like; werewolves, vampires, angels, demons, and dragons, especially dragons. Eragon by Christopher Paolini is my favorite book about dragons.
I really like the concept of olden days/times setting. And nothing is older than mythological fantasy specially Greek, Roman and Egyptians. Rick Riordan (author of the only book I read about mythology in detail) is by far the best in this category (for me that is).
I also like reading about detective/clue-hunting/coded-type story. Although I haven't still started reading it, I like the movie version of it, Sherlock Holmes by Conan Doyle is my no.1 detective must read novel. Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code series is also my favorite. The 39 Clue by various authors is also my top favorites, as well as The Maze Runner series by James Dashner.
I might already read a lot of books that I have forgotten, or they do not have that big of an impact on me. Every book I read, give me more encouragement to write(in my case, imagine) a fantasy story.
I would like to write my own story in the FUTURE. I already have a story in mind but I still need to finished all the loop holes in order to begin writing.
