Hi! Was just working on the review for 'Aveyond: The Snow Princess' and noticed it's based on 'Aveyond 2: Ean's Quest'. I don't review fanfiction, so I won't be publishing a full review, but I also didn't notice until a week later, which is kinda on me, honestly. You asked for my thoughts on worldbuilding and lore, I'll just share them here:

Otherwise, I did enjoy what I read. The descriptions, especially the ones from chapter 1, were very vivid and added a lot.

I'm not sure how closely you're sticking to the game's lore or how much is completely original, but I think once you have a complete first draft, it's worth it to go back and see what lore is the most relevant for the story. It's hard to tell what could be important in the beginning, but it can definitely feel a bit dense at times

There are a lot of place/person names shared, but the way most lore is delivered makes sense, and I found it pretty easy to follow.

DreamlandOutreach

Hi there! I’m a manager for an event hosted in the Dreamland Community Discord server called Write That Sentence. I just wanted to let you know that your book was used for this event where players are given the blurb of a book and try to guess its real first sentence. They’ll write what they think could be the opening line, and then everyone guesses which one is real.

Only the first sentence of your story and its blurb are shared, and everything stays within the game.

If you’d like to see what people came up with or just check it out, you’re more than welcome to join the server! I can provide the link, if you like.

No pressure at all — I just wanted to be transparent and let you know!
