TV, movies, etc. ingrain into our minds that as teenagers we are supposed to follow a certain path of life experiences and achievements, and falling behind on this path can lead us to spiral into our own insecurities. I'm telling the story of a girl feeling the need to catch up in her personal life to these expectations as I feel there are not many stories told about those who never experienced the simplicities of life as a teenager.
