When I used to draw on walls mom used to scold me now when I draw on my wrist , why doesn't mom scold anymore?

When I was younger I always wondered if the ppl with different color eyes see things according to their eyes color like do blue eyes human see everything in blue but then as I grew up I realized I have brown eyes but I don't see things in brown color , well a kid is always stupid lol
